Fortis established by Imperial Capital as a new platform with inaugural acquisitions of VFS Fire & Security (CA) and LifeSafety Management (FL)
Acquired CJ Suppression (CA), deepening Fortis’ footprint in the Southern California market and enhancing its specialized sprinkler/suppression capabilities
Acquired Piper Fire Protection (FL), bolstering Florida presence with regional leadership in sprinkler, alarm, and suppression capabilities on the West coast.
Completed two acquisitions of scale: Integrated Fire & Security (5 FL branches) and Diversified Systems (1 NC branch).
Invested in senior talent welcoming a new Chief People Officer and Talent Acquisition Manager. Completed tech culture survey and rolled out new initiatives targeted at creating the best place to work for techs.
Completed acquisition of Lamarco Systems (IL), bringing additional experience and expertise in the security and fire safety markets.
