  • Week Three: Letter of Intent
  • Week Four: Due Diligence Begins
  • Weeks Five Through Eight:
    • Financial, Operational, and Tax Due Diligence
    • Site Visit
    • Legal Due Diligence and Documentation
  • Deal closed and funds transferred!
